When the light is just right. — When the light is just right during the first dance.

My first wedding of 2017 was a stunner that's for sure, up at the always amazing Dewsall Court. Enjoy.

This wedding was a two-parter, with me heading up for a rehearsal dinner the night before and then back to Dewsall for the wedding the next day. The Friday evening was about 20 people, we headed to the small church which is on the grounds of Dewsall for the ceremony rehearsal, then up for the house for a short speech by Poppy then onto the meal.

The next day started bright and early and the sun was out, probably the best day of the year so far. I got to work getting some shots of the grounds then up to the room to get shots of the girls getting ready, boys playing pool and the house coming to life for the day ahead.

A short ceremony was held in the main house with a handful of guests, then as everyone else was arriving for the Church blessing we did a few formal shots then it was up the path for the service to begin.

Confetti, drinks, hugs and canapés followed up at the house, before heading down to the Wainhouse for the wedding breakfast, the decoration was incredibly on point and festoon at any wedding is always a winner in my book.

This was a very enjoyable wedding to shoot from start to finish. Working at Dewsall is always a pleasure and they always look after me and make me feel super welcome, so thank you for that!
